These terms apply when you use the inMart website (inmart.com.au) or buy from us. inMart is operated by inMart Pty Ltd (ABN 37 633 198 893) ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and sizes can vary slightly from what you see on screen. If an item isn't as described, see our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
Standard shipping within Australia is free. See our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you and either let you pay the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address. We'll let you know if this happens.

5. Shipping

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Using our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to hack it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and can't be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price.
